Tim Guarnieri is a senior member of Newmark Knight Frank’s global data
center team. Mr. Guarnieri’s primary focus is tenant representation for
technology clients. He works collaboratively with clients on developing
critical infrastructure strategies involving site selection, acquisition,
development, as well as data center sourcing and leasing.
Mr. Guarnieri has specialized in data center and other mission critical
technologies since 1998. His clientele include large multinational
corporations as well as prominent Silicon Valley startup companies. Prior
to entering the real estate industry, Mr. Guarnieri worked for fifteen years
inside the Internet infrastructure and telecommunications industries
holding a broad range of executive and technical management
responsibilities. Mr. Guarnieri’s business acumen and technical expertise
spans several industry sectors and provide a unique perspective and skill
set to clients across the technology real estate spectrum.

Mr. Guarnieri earned his Master of Business Administration degree in
Finance from Boston University and his Bachelor of Arts degree in
Computer Science & Mathematics from Boston College.
