Bryan Loewen is an active investor and leading broker in the data center industry. From 2010 to 2020, Bryan led Newmark’s global data center practice. In this role, he worked closely with the firm’s more than 450 worldwide offices to assist hundreds of local and multinational organizations in the leasing and procurement of data centers and colocation capacity. In 2020, Bryan raised a data center real estate fund and is leveraging his vast experience and tenant relationships in this asset class to acquire data center properties across North America and Europe.

Bryan has specialized in data center and other mission critical real estate properties since the late 1990s. His clientele includes tenants, landlords, developers, and private equity companies with requirements specific to the data center sector. Prior to becoming a data center broker, Bryan worked inside the telecommunications and energy industries, holding a broad range of technical, financial, and executive management responsibilities. His firsthand knowledge and experience within data centers offers unparalleled real estate expertise to these mission critical facilities.
